Through our social impact efforts, we hope to improve access to technology for women and minorities—a deficiency that puts these groups at a disadvantage for economic success and results in a lack of diversity in the tech industry.

 

Through our Community Outreach program, each OD office partners with a local organisation that focuses on technology access, education, and mentorship for underrepresented youth. School visits, volunteer work, and community events offer ways for team members to get out and give back.
